First Time Visitor?

We welcome all first time visitors. We hope that you will enjoy your time with us, and encourage you to return and become a regular member, no matter what your current affliation is.

What You Can Expect

As you enter the sanctuary, you will be greeted by one of our friendly ushers and handed a bulletin for the service. As with most congregations these days, we do not use the formal red hymnal, rather we celebrate from our bulletins.

The 9 AM service is based on the traditional Lutheran liturgy, with hymns, sung responses, and canticles. The session settings change with the church seasons. The choir sings only at this service.

The 11 AM service is one of songs, praises and a celebration of joy and grace. Less structured than the 9 AM service, it is organized by the participants, not by the hymnal, and the pastor delivers his message in his own style.

After both services we gather together and hold hands and sing our closing anthem, uniting us all in the love of Christ.

There is a nursery available at both services for those little ones that get a bit squirmy. Feel free to leave them or stay with them, your choice, the service is piped in, so you won't miss any of it.

Sunday Schools

Between the services at 10:10 AM is  regular Sunday School..

Sunday School is available for all children, ages 4 through High School.

After each of the services there is a fellowship, with coffee and snacks. Feel free to stop in and have a cup of coffee or juice and a snack, and let us get to know you better. We're the most friendly group of Lutherans you'll ever find in El Paso!
